Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Period: You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order and request a refund. This applies to all media buying services, including TV, radio, OOH, digital, influencer marketing, and magazine advertising.
  • Immediate Refund Request: To be eligible for a refund, you must request the cancellation and refund immediately within the 24-hour window. Requests made after 24 hours will be subject to the charges outlined below.
  • Charges Within 24 Hours: While we offer a 24-hour cancellation period, please be aware that certain charges may have already been incurred, such as payment gateway fees and platform usage costs. These charges, totaling 5% of the transaction amount plus applicable payment gateway fees, will be deducted from your refund.
  • Charges After 24 Hours: If you fail to cancel and request a refund within the 24-hour period, your order will be processed, and you will be liable for certain charges. These charges will vary depending on the specific media buy, the stage of campaign development, and any costs already incurred by Anya. The exact amount will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and disclosed to you before any further action is taken. These charges may include, but are not limited to, platform fees, creative development costs, and placement reservation fees.
  • Refund Processing: Once your cancellation and refund request are approved, the refund (minus any applicable charges) will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Returns (Physical Products/Materials):

  • This section applies to physical products or materials associated with your campaign, such as printed banners, promotional items, or recorded audio/video content.
  • Logistics Costs: If you need to return any physical products, you will be responsible for the associated logistics and shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the original amount you paid, unless you provide a means to cover this cost.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition. Any damaged or unusable items may not be eligible for a refund.

Force Majeure (Act of God):

  • Anya shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its services, or for any damage to campaign materials, caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Acts of God (e.g., severe weather conditions like thunderstorms, rain, wind, floods, earthquakes)
    • Natural disasters
    • War or terrorism
    • Riots or civil unrest
    • Strikes or labor disputes
    • Government actions or regulations
    • Disruptions to telecommunications or internet services
  • In the event of such a force majeure event, Anya will make reasonable efforts to mitigate any disruptions to your campaign and will communicate with you regarding any necessary adjustments. However, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted performance of campaigns or the condition of deployed materials in these circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to banners due to wind, damage to audio equipment due to weather, or disruption of transmission due to technical difficulties caused by external factors.
